From there, we’ll work directly with your insurance company to assess the damage, determine repair costs, and restore your vehicle to its pre-loss condition. While we can’t file your claim for you, we’re happy to answer questions and help guide you through the repair process.
How long will it take to fix my car?
The length of the collision repair process depends on the extent of the damage, the make and model of vehicle, and parts needed. A typical job may take anywhere from 2-10 days. Call us to schedule an estimate appointment, and we can give you a more accurate assessment.
Can my windshield be repaired?
Generally, breaks smaller than a quarter and less than a few inches wide can be repaired. Larger cracks and breaks may require your windshield to be replaced.
Do you offer loaner cars?
Yes, we offer loaner cars while we are working on your vehicle. Loaners are available for customers paying out of pocket or those without rental coverage through their insurance. Be sure to check your insurance policy.
